1. Acceptance
By creating a WeBash account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
WeBash provides group management, event planning, and shared-expense organization. It records who paid what and helps members request and mark payments; it does not move money or hold funds. All entries are “mark-as-paid” acknowledgements between members — WeBash is not a payment processor and is not party to debts between users.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of the expense and payment records you enter.
4. Pricing
WeBash is free to use during the current beta. Paid tiers are planned but not yet available, and WeBash does not process any payment for its own services — it only helps members coordinate payments they make directly to each other.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, WeBash is not liable for disputes between members over recorded amounts or mark-as-paid entries.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app.
